§ 11-10-21. Financial records.

It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit within the city any contribution for any charitable purpose for or on behalf of any association, unless such association is maintaining a system of accounting whereby all donations to it and all disbursements made by it are entered upon the books or records of its treasurer or other financial officer.
