§ 2-3-8. Meetings; quorum.

Each commission, board or committee shall establish its own meeting schedule, including date, time and place of meetings. A quorum of the majority of all the members appointed shall be required for the transaction of any business. All meetings of each commission, board or committee shall be held in compliance with the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code § 54950 et seq.).
