§ 5-3-140. Conducting business on right-of-way.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a market commonly called or known as a roadside market, or other business, within or upon the right-of-way of any public street, highway or road within the city, or within or upon the intersections of rights-of-way of any public streets or highways within the city, or in such a place and manner so as to interfere with the safe flow of normal traffic on such street, highway or road.
