§ 5-3-186. Penalty for failure to register.

Failure to register as a commercial manure dealer as provided in this article shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction thereof, by a fine not exceeding $500.00 or 100 days' imprisonment in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
