Every person applying for a public bath, massage parlor or massagist's license must
have had at least five years' experience in the profession, work and method of treating
the external parts of the human body for remedial or hygienic purposes by rubbing,
stroking, kneading, adjusting or tapping with the hands or by instrument, or must
have graduated from a recognized school of massage or other institution of learning
wherein the method, profession and work of massaging is taught.
