§ 6-4-41. Purpose and authority.

The purpose of this article shall be to establish fees sufficient to meet the reasonable expenses of the health officer in enforcing state statutes, orders, quarantines and rules and regulations of state officers and departments relating to public health, which expenses are hereby found not to be met by the fees prescribed by the state. The authority for this article is contained in section 101325 of the health and safety code.
