§ 8-3-25. Adoption of International Swimming Pool and Spa Code.

There is hereby adopted by the City Council the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2015 Edition, as published by the International Code Council. The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code is on file for public examination in the office of the Building Official. One copy of the code is now filed in the office of the City Clerk. This code is hereby adopted and incorporated as through [though] set forth in full in this section.
