§ 8-4-371. General standards.

Steel casing pipe shall be installed at the locations and to the lines and grades indicated on the plans and as specified in this article. All work shall conform to the specifications and requirements of the state division of highways, the county road department, the city, and the railroad company involved. It shall be the applicant's responsibility to secure all necessary permits for start and prosecution of casing pipe installation.
