§ 8-5-10. Adoption of the Uniform Solar Energy Code.

The Uniform Solar Code, 2009 Edition, as published by the IAMPO, shall be the Solar Code of the city, regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location, operation and maintenance of solar systems. The Uniform Solar Code is on file for public examination in the office of the building official. One copy of the code is now filed in the office of the city clerk. This code is hereby adopted and incorporated as through [though] set forth in full in this section.
