If the planning commission determines that there has been no violation as described
in this subarticle, the director of community development shall file for record a
release of the tentative notice of violation with the county recorder.
(b)
If the planning commission determines that there has been a violation, or if within
60 days of receipt of such copy the owner of such real property fails to inform the
director of his objection to recording the notice of violation, the director shall
file a final notice of violation with the county recorder.
